back to the gym

after giving up smoking i have gained a lot of extra pounds.. a long fight against that weight is still going on after arriving to USA while i was not working anywhere i used to go to gym/yoga and spend like 2-3 hours a day working out.. 40 pounds were gone... and then at some point my weight just got into "plato" and has not moved anywhere at all many different people were advising different things, along with the suggestions that i got from books and sites... that i had to eat more and work out less... to create a bit of shock for my body.. well the shock did not work:) and weight got back a bit.. not a ton but still so now i m back to every day to gym, today gone twice... before work and after work came back home after the second visit and felt dizzy:) and i m feeling SOOOOOREEE its a nice feeling when every bit of my body hurts.. tomorrow going to the opening of an art show here in Austin where i have a few pieces here is the link http://www.arthousetexas.org/article/2012-five-x-seven-art-social-2/

quote that i really liked about blogs!

“There’s something sacred about reading a blog post on someone else’s site. It’s like visiting a friend’s house for a quick meal ’round the breakfast table. It’s personal—you’re in their space, and the environment is uniquely suited for idea exchange and uninterrupted conversation. In many ways, we should be treating our blogs like our breakfast tables. Be welcoming & gracious when you host, and kind & respectful when visiting.” – Trent Walton
