yoga and boot camp

nothing feels better than a brutal boot camp ... or actually not while screaming and doing it.. but right after its over with that feel of "yeah i have done it" and feel of sweat all over and soaking wet t shirt


and tonight more ... my favorite no less intense 1.5 hour of ashtanga yoga!!!!!! more sweat and more stretching
love it

  1. 1.5 hours! man, that's brutal! I usually do just half an hour of pilates daily, plus half an hour of streching and other exercises. Gotta add cardio, but I hate cardio with all my heart and soul!

  2. i hate cardio too but can go for hours dancing, if you like dancing you can go for zumba classes, those are great fun and bad a.s cardio :) also spinning is good cardio...
    1.5 hours is really good, i sweat like a pig on those, its funny more sweat than in cardio classes:)) i have my yoga mat just dripping wet:))))) lol but its so good
